You do not have to speak to your general practitioner before seeing us. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when you do visit us, and the first step will be to get to know you better by asking you questions about your lifestyle and health history. With your consent we will then perform a thorough physical examination, and thereafter either offer appropriate treatment and advice or suggest referral to another healthcare practitioner if we think it in your best interest. The chiropractic treatment techniques we use are primarily low-force, and we are McTimoney-Corley trained and passed our Activator Methods Advanced Proficiency examinations back in 2003/4. We also employ appropriate advanced soft-tissue techniques when indicated.
